Christmas holidays are behind. There was a lot of traditional food around, both from Denmark and Croatia. We ate a little bit more than usual, so we decided to have a lighter dinner tonight and prepare this delicious yogurt mixture.
If you wanna start a great day, or maybe finish one prepare this Greek yogurt, Blueberries, Almonds, Honey meal. Greek yogurt boasts plenty of proteins to keep you full. I like to add a little bit of honey which perfectly sweetens the yogurt, and it’s healthy. Blueberries will give a nice kick to a simple yogurt taste, a little bit sour but not too much. I love the wild ones, they are small and tastier. Blueberries are known for their antioxidant skills, so it is perfect time to consume those. And in the end – lightly roasted almonds, for a good portion of nuts.
