Fettuccine with chicken in a tomato and creamy almond sauce
One of the first dishes my boyfriend made for me was this Red – White Pasta. Almonds in the pasta, woow, it was surprising for me. But with the first taste I was in heaven. It was so delicious. Later on we made it together for my family, our friends, etc. It is always a great success, you can not miss it.
These two sauces perfectly complement each other. Flavorful tomato sauce and simple, creamy almond sauce. Prepared chicken is very tender.

Tomato sauce
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- basil
- bay leaf
Almond sauce with chicken
- 250 g fettuccine
- 30 g butter
- 400 g chicken breasts
- 50 g almonds
- 2 dl cooking cream

Prepare water for pasta. When the water is boiling add some salt and pasta. Cook pasta for a specified time on the bag. While the pasta is cooking prepare almond sauce with chicken.
